The ability to source both on and off-market properties, combined with our network of architects and craftsmen, enables us to find and build a perfect home.

M1 Investments Ltd was established in Feb 2012 as an investment company and has since had a diverse portfolio of investments. The company expanded into the UK property market in late 2013 and has since become the company’s main investment strategy.

M1 Investments Ltd is a developer and operator of private rental homes in the UK. We create positive developments that set a new standard for the private rental sector.

Our mission is to create affordable 1st class quality accommodation all over the UK. We do commercial to residential conversions (Convert to Let) and create high end new build housing (Build to let) for thousands of people in the UK. Millions of people in the UK deserve high quality housing at affordable prices. We have great potential to grow and do our best to exceed our client’s expectation in every aspect of their new home.

Our business model allows us to offer additional benefits of improving local communities in the areas where we build. M1 Investments Ltd dedicates immense amounts of resources on research in order to locate new properties for projects that can benefit local communities.  We offer additional living space by locating abandoned buildings or empty land space and converting it to quality accommodation.

M1 Investments’ expertise is in identifying the need for small and medium sized, mixed-use housing developments, and progressing concepts through the difficult planning stage to deliver developments ideally suited to the situations.

Working closely with Local Authorities, the Homes and Communities Agency, Housing Associations and other Registered Providers, as well as parish councils, M1 Investments is able to ensure that we target the most appropriate areas for housing, providing schemes that meet local housing requirements, while ultimately helping us to build sustainable communities.

Our experienced business development and land teams have well established links with land owners and agents throughout the country and have proven expertise in sourcing and progressing new opportunities for our clients.

One of the most exciting developments for the M1 Investments Ltd division is the creation of the local ‘Starter Home Concept’, working with the Government’s Homes and Communities Agency to deliver low cost homes.

Following Governmental cuts to Housing Association budgets, many associations have cut their in-house development teams to make necessary savings. M1 Investments Ltd identified an opportunity to offer a development solution for housing associations that would share the risk and still support the building of affordable homes. The Company has spoken to many Housing Associations across the country and conducted market research on their future plans for development to ensure the service is tightly focused on the needs of the region.

Land/Property Sourcing

Land is the key ingredient within our process, without it, we are unable to deliver the large quantities of new homes in line with the Government objectives in helping local councils and developers work with local communities to plan and build better places to live for everyone. This includes building affordable housing, improving the quality of rented housing, helping more people to find a home.

M1 Investments has a dedicated land acquisition team, and a network of retained agents and third party operators, who make us a particularly efficient in our line of work.
